Once we have agreed about the apartment booking an advance payment of 30% of the total price must be effectuated. The apartment is not entirely booked until payment is received.
The advance payment is not a deposit, and is not to be refunded if the tenant were to change his/her mind.

We operate with flexible arrival and departure days for all apartments, so you can rent just as many days you want, but not less than three days, and from which day you think fits best. You pay of course only for the days you rent, but there might be extra cleaning costs if you rent less than one week. 

Some apartments have a deposit. This will be refunded after your stay, provided that the apartment is left in the same condition as at the check in.
